We are currently seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join the team of a Transportation company in Etobicoke, ON.
Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
– Driver check in/out
– Managing shipping paperwork and verifying shipping details
– Planning and coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and resolving discrepancies
– Communicating with carriers/drivers regarding updates
– Maintaining accurate records/documentation
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator or similar role doing dispatch, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination
– Understanding of freight requirements, shipping procedures, and courier coordination
– Experience with WMS/TMS systems (Infoplus and TruckMate preferred)
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– High attention to detail/accuracy
– Strong ability to multi-task
