We are seeking a Transportation Customer Service Representative to join the day shift team of a Transportation/Logistics company in Brampton, ON.
Strong previous experience in a customer service role within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required.
Shift: Day shifts Monday-Friday
Salary: Up to $55,000/year
Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
– Taking high volume of calls each day
– Coordinating with customers to update status, resolve complaints, etc
– Navigating client portals
– Data entry
– Other duties as required
Requirements:
– Previous Customer Service experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry
– Experience dealing with a high volume of calls per day
– Strong computer skills
– Able to effectively navigate between systems/portals on computer
– Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
– Able to work on the day shift Monday to Friday
