We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Unilingual – English or Bilingual – English/French) to join our client’s team in Concord, ON.
This position requires a fluent English or English/French speaker with previous Customer Service experience within the Transportation industry.
Pay: $22.00-23.00/hour
Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with customers
– Keep an up-to-date report on status of customer shipments and profiles
– Take calls, respond to customer inquiries, and relay to appropriate parties
– Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
– Strong previous Customer Service experience within the Transportation industry
– Excellent English communication skills
– Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
– Good typing skills (minimum 30 WPM)
– High attention to detail
– Enjoy working in a team environment
– Able to work in Concord
