Customer Service Representative needed in Mississauga, ON.
Previous Customer Service work experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required.
Pay: $21.60/hour
Shift: 11:00am-7:30pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
– Taking calls/responding to customer inquiries/resolving issues/relaying to appropriate parties as required
– Scheduling customer meetings
– Daily, weekly, and monthly reports
– Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong Customer Service experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry
– Strong office administration/data entry skills
– Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
– Experience with transportation software
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Strong organizational skills
– Strong problem-solving skills
– High attention to detail
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Able to work independently or as part of a team
