We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Woodbridge, ON.
Shift: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $43,000-$53,000/year
Responsibilities:
– Communicating with customers to provide status updates/delivery confirmations/arrival times/delays
– Providing customers with PODs, invoices, shipment documentation
– Responding to customer inquiries, handling customer complaints, and maintaining positive customer relationships
– Investigating delays, exceptions, damages, shortages, and missed deliveries
– Escalating service failures and concerns to appropriate departments
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Minimum 1-3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably within the Transportation/Logistics/Freight industry
– Post-secondary education in Transportation/Logistics/related field is an asset
– Knowledge of LTL/TL/Transportation operations is an asset
– Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Solid Administrative and Data Entry skills
– Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
– Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning skills
– High attention to detail
– Good analytical skills
