Breakaway Executive Search is looking for energetic and dynamic professionals to work as Business Development Sales Representatives in the Brampton/Mississauga area

Salary: $50,00-55,000/year plus commission
Schedule: Day shifts Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
– Generate new business through prospecting, networking, researching, and outbound sales activities
– Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
– Identify customer needs and present tailored transportation and logistics solutions
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
– Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth onboarding
– Stay informed on market trends and identify new business opportunities
– Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset
– Previous experience in business development, outside sales, or B2B sales is a strong asset
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– Confidence in prospecting and developing new business
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an asset
