Breakaway Executive Search is currently hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations for a landscaping/construction/lawn maintenance company.
Salary: $85,000-110,000/year based on experience
Location: Milton, ON
Responsibilities:
– Plan and schedule crews, equipment, and materials
– Oversee project execution and ensure timelines, quality, and budget targets are met
– Conduct site visits and resolve on-site issues
– Lead, coach, and support crew leaders and field staff
– Enforce safety standards and maintain WSIB compliance
– Communicate with clients and internal teams on project status
– Track labour, materials, and job costs
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Strong experience in a Production Manager or similar role
– Strong experience within the landscaping/construction/maintenance industry
– Excellent leadership skills
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Safety training/certifications preferred
