We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join the afternoon shift at a Transportation facility in Mississauga, ON.
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift: 5:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
– Checking in/out drivers
– Recording, organizing, and maintaining paperwork/documentation/filing system
– Updating records in internal systems
– Maintaining office supplies
– Preparing shipment manifests/dock records
– Assisting with assigning work to dock operators and coordinating with shunters regarding trailer movement and dock door assignments
– Acting as a liaison between dock floor operations and administrative teams
– Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
– Experience in a Warehouse Clerk or similar role within the Transportation industry
– Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS)
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Comfortable working in a dock environment
– High attention to detail
– Strong data entry skills
– Safety boots and safety vest
– Able to work on the afternoon shift Monday to Friday
