We are seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our client’s team in Brampton, ON.
Previous work experience in an administrative role within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required.
Shift: 4:00pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $21.00/hour
Responsibilities Include:
– Customer service (phone/email)
– Verifying documents
– Billing
– Photocopying/scanning/faxing
– Scheduling appointments
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Previous administrative experience within the Transportation industry
– Microsoft Office experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Able to work independently
– High attention to detail
– Ability to multi-task
– Experience with AS400 is an asset
