We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join our client’s team in a Customer Excellence Support role in Brampton, ON.
This position requires a background in customer service within the LOGISTICS industry. Bilingual (English and French) is a strong asset.
Pay: $21.00-25.00/hour
Schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday – able to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
– Communicate and coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
– Keep an up-to-date report on status of customer shipments and profiles
– Take calls, respond to customer inquiries, and relay to appropriate parties
– Enter and update data into the system
– Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
– Previous Customer Service experience within the Logistics industry (1-2 years minimum)
– Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
– Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
– Excellent administrative and data entry skills
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– High attention to detail
– Able to work Monday to Friday on the day shift
– Able to work overtime
