We are seeking a Forklift Team Lead to lead our client’s team at a Transportation facility in Brampton, ON.
A minimum of 3 years of Team Lead experience and Counterbalance and Reach forklift operating experience in a warehouse/crossdock environment is required for this position.
Pay: $60,000-65,000/year
Responsibilities Include:
– Leading a team in day-to-day tasking in a Transportation facility environment
– Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts as required
– Administrative tasks
– Managing inventory
– Doing cycle counts
– Other duties as required.
Qualifications
– Previous experience working as a Team Lead in a warehouse/crossdock environment (minimum 3 years)
– Valid forklift license
– Experience operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
– Experience managing inventory/cycle counting
– Good administrative skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong motivator/leader
