We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our client’s team at their small crossdock facility in Orillia, ON.
Shift: 11:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $23.00/hour
Responsibilities:
– Operating a Counterbalance propane forklift to receive inbound freight
– Prepping freight for next day and reloading return drivers
– Using an RF scanner
– Reviewing counts
– DIMS
– Labelling/staging freight
– Reviewing trips
– Keeping the dock organized/clean
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Valid forklift license
– Strong experience operating the Counterbalance propane forklift
– Previous experience operating a forklift in a Transportation/Logistics facility
– RF scanning experience
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Able to work on the afternoon shift in Orillia
