We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to work in Woodstock, ON.
Previous work experience as a Dispatcher within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required.
Salary: Up to $58,000/year
Shift: 11:00am to7:30pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
– Overseeing pickup and delivery to custom locations
– Developing daily delivery plan
– Assigning and utilizing drivers effectively to maximize performance
– Providing guidance to drivers and handling customer inquiries
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar role within the Transportation/Logistics industry
– Strong knowledge of Transportation processes/procedures
– Strong administrative/data entry/computer skills
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Strong customer service skills
– High attention to detail
– Able to work Monday to Friday in Woodstock
