We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our client’s team in Beeton, ON.
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Salary: Up to $55,000/year
Responsibilities:
– Coordinating/dispatching shipments (LTL/TL)
– Monitoring loads and resolving issues
– Maintaining documentation
– Communicating (phone/email) with drivers, customers, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a Dispatch Coordinator or similar role within the LTL/TL Trucking industry
– Strong administrative experience
– Experience with Microsoft Excel
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Excellent customer service skills
– High attention to detail
