We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team at their facility in Concord, ON.
Previous experience in a Customer Service role within the Transportation industry is required for this job.
Shift: Day shifts, 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.00-22.00/hour
Responsibilities:
– Customer service
– Calculating rates for rail/intermodal
– Invoicing
– Auditing freight bills
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Customer Service experience within the Transportation industry
– Experience calculating rates for rail/intermodal freight
– TruckMate experience is a strong asset
– Strong computer skills
– Excellent administrative and data entry skills
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
– Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Able to work Monday to Friday on the day shift in Concord
