We are seeking an experienced Compliance Deductions Analyst to join our client’s team in Markham, ON.
This is a direct hire position – you will be hired on by our client.
Salary: $60,000-70,000/year + 5% bonus, benefits, vacation days
Shift: Day shifts
Responsibilities:
– Analyze/investigate customer compliance fines, chargebacks, and deductions
– Review customer claims, validate documentation, and determine legitimacy of claim
– Prepare dispute packages when deductions are found to be invalid
– Maintain accurate records/documentation of investigations/resolutions
– Identify trends/issues/root causes that contribute to compliance deductions
– Compliance-related reporting
– Support customer audits/internal reviews
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– University degree or college diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
– Experience with deductions, chargebacks, compliance programs, accounts receivable, or customer claims management (Minimum 3-4 years)
– Experience with Amazon account
– Strong computers skills specifically Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– High attention to detail
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Strong analytical and investigative skills
