We are looking for a Call Taker to work in Woodbridge, ON.
Pay: $22.00/hour
Responsibilities:
– Receiving telephone calls for pick-ups
– Entering pick-up and delivery information into the dispatch system
– Interacting with drivers at the end of their day
– Updating information in system
– Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
– MUST have previous experience in the Transportation industry in a similar role
– Strong computer and data entry skills
– Upbeat personality and excellent phone manner
– Eager, self-motivated individual with high attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Able to work in Woodbridge Monday to Friday
