We are currently seeking two Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s team in Saint-Laurent, QC.

Salary: $50,000-60,000/year
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
– Managing inventory
– Shipping/receiving
– Booking appointments
– Assigning work orders
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Bilingual (English and French)
– Strong previous experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry
– Customer service experience
– Experience with TruckMate is a strong asset
– Strong data entry and administrative skills
– Excellent communications skills (written/verbal)
– Strong ability to multi-task
– Able to work Monday to Friday on the day shift

– Solide expérience préalable dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique
– Expérience en service client
– La maîtrise du logiciel TruckMate constitue un atout majeur
– Solides compétences en saisie de données et en tâches administratives
– Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et orale)
– Grande capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front
– Disponibilité pour travailler du lundi au vendredi en équipe de jour
