We are looking for an experienced individual to join our client’s billing team in Montreal, QC (Saint-Laurent area).
Previous Billing/Auditing experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry and experience with TruckMate are required for this role.
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Salary: $55,000-60,000/year
Qualifications:
– Bilingual (English and functional French)
– Billing/Auditing experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry
– Experience with TruckMate
– Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs), Equipment Interchange Receipts (EIRs)
– Knowledge of common industry verbiage (Tail Gate, Detention, Lumpers, etc.)
– Experience with both asset-based and non-asset-based companies
– Strong administrative/data entry skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
– Strong computer skills
– Excellent time management skills
– High accuracy/attention to detail
– Able to work effectively as part of a team
