We are currently seeking an experienced Freight Auditor to work for a Transportation company in Mississauga, ON.
Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $22.00/hour
Responsibilities:
– Reviewing bills to ensure rate and billing accuracy
– Performing pricing calculations
– Responding to and resolving customer disputes
– Completing oversized freight inspections
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– College/University degree or equivalent
– Previous experience in a similar role within the Transportation/Logistics industry
– Understanding of pricing fundamentals
– Good computer skills and experience with programs such as Microsoft Office, TMW, Freshdesk, and BamKPI
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– High level of accuracy/attention to detail
– Excellent customer service skills
– Able to work independently or as part of a team
– Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
