We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator/Check-in, Check-Out Clerk to join our client’s night team in Brampton, ON
Previous experience in a check-in/out role within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required for this job.
Shift: 9:00pm-6:30am Monday-Friday
Pay: Up to $22.00/hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
– Logging drivers/brokers
– Ensuring drivers have all paperwork/BOLs
– Cubing uncubed BOLs
– Verifying delivery appointments and directing drivers where freight should be placed upon arrival
– Sorting/filing driver/broker run sheets
– Printing delivery receipts, cross-docks, BOLs, packing slips
– Billing/scanning
– Zapping pros to delivery manifests and removing pros from storage/delivery manifests if required
– Cutting suffix probills in AS400
– PODing
– Reporting
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Previous administrative experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry
– Experience with driver check-in
– Experience with TruckMate
– Microsoft Office experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Able to work independently
– High attention to detail
– Ability to multi-task
– Experience with AS400 is an asset
– Able to work on the night shift
