We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our client’s team in Woodstock, ON.
Proven administrative experience within the Transportation industry is required for this position.
Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $21.00/hour
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for checking in drivers, collecting bills on the dock, closing loads, and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry in a similar role
– Experience in a dock environment
– Experience using an RF scanner
– Strong administrative skills
– Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Good computer skills
– Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
– Able to work Monday-Friday on the afternoon shift in Woodstock
