We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our client’s afternoon team in Ottawa, ON
Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.00/hour
Responsibilities:
– Driver check-in
– Customer service
– Scanning BOLs/processing paperwork
– Data entry
– Other duties as required
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an administrative role within the Transportation/Logistics industry
– Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
– Good customer service skills
– AS400 experience is an asset
– Good problem-solving skills
– High attention to detail
– Good time management skills
– Able to work on the afternoon shift in Ottawa, ON
