We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk to work in a casual office environment in Mississauga, ON.
Pay: Up to $25.00/hour
Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
– Bookkeeping
– Invoicing/matching invoices to backup
– Purchase orders/work orders
– Customer service (answering phones)
– Other office duties as required
Qualifications:
– Experience in a similar administrative/office management role within an industrial environment (minimum 5 years)
– Strong customer service skills
– Experience with QuickBooks/Zero
– Excellent communication skill (written and verbal)
– High attention to detail
– Neat penmanship
– Reliable
– Able to work on the day shift Monday-Friday in Mississauga
