Beginning on January 1, 2024 under the Employment Standards Act, 200 (ESA), temporary help agencies and recruiters will be required to hold a license in order to operate
We are very excited by this news as this is something that we have been advocating for and People 2.0, of which Breakaway Staffing is a member, has been working closely with the Ontario government to move forward with this type of legislation
