We conduct regular site visits to our clients in order to ensure the health and safety of our associates as well as get to know the supervisors, managers and location of each company. We do this so we can provide you with all of the details required to make sure you know everything about the job you are going into.

Since we have associates working all shifts we want to be available to you anytime you need. Breakaway has longer business hours in order to ensure you can get a hold of us when you need to. We are open Monday to Friday 8AM-6PM and in addition to our extended hours we have a 24 hour option on our phone system. You can choose this option if we have no one in the office and you need to get a hold of someone after business hours.

Another concern people have with staffing agencies is that all of their work is temporary. That is not the case for Breakaway at all. While we do have many excellent temporary positions available if you're interested, our main focus is placing our associates in long-term, on-going work. We offer both part-time and full-time positions on a long-term basis.
