You’re looking for a job. Through your job search you have found Breakaway Staffing and were led to this post but you haven’t submitted a resume to our agency. Why is that? I believe it is because of the great unknown. We’d like to answer some of your questions about how we work so you have a better understanding of what goes into finding a job through us.
You may have heard of recruitment agencies in the past but were wary of using them to find a job. What do they do? Why should I use them? How does it all work?
Well I would like the ease your mind and explain our recruiting process to you. It’s a fairly simple process and at the end, you get a job with a great company that cares about the progress and safety of their employees.

This recruiting process is designed so we can get you into our office for an interview and to fill out your paperwork as soon as possible which means we can get you into a job soon thereafter. Everyone in our office is dedicated to finding you a job from the moment you apply.
A few things to remember:
- We take job references very seriously. You must have a minimum of 2 references that verify your experience in order to be considered for a job
- We need business numbers for these references, no cell phone numbers!
- We require a criminal background check to be completed before you are put to work
- The vast majority of our positions require previous experience in the Transportation industry. Please note on our job postings whether or not this is the case for any particular role
